I was at the gym yesterday and I seen two ladies (probably mother and daughter) doing exercise at the gym. The thing was, they really were EXERCISING, they were wasting their time. By the time that I had done two sets of leg exercises, they were just getting off a rest. I understand that they may be their routine, but then again, they did not appear to be needing that period of rest for their exercise level.
The whole point of what I am saying is that when you go to the gym, make it worth the time that you are there. Maintain the motivation to keep up a decent pace and you will see the weight melt off of you.

Quick Fix?
There has been a lot of talk of diet pills, diet shots, fad diets, lose 20 lbs in two days. But I want you to take a look at really what you are doing. Ask yourself some questions:
Long-term solutions to being fab include exercise (aerobic and resistance) and a healthy eating style. And please be careful if you decide to try a quick fix.
- The weight that I lose, is it fat or muscle mass?
- Will this be a permanent weight loss? Will I be able to maintain the 20lb drop?
- Have I fixed the lifestyle that caused me to get to my current weight?
- Is it Healthy?
- What are the long term effects of this diet pills or shots?
- Who is looking out for me? Are they going to profit if I do what they are telling me?
- Have I done this in the past?
Long-term solutions to being fab include exercise (aerobic and resistance) and a healthy eating style. And please be careful if you decide to try a quick fix.
